Northfield, IL

Northfield, IL continues to be a strong market for new construction. We did quite a few window projects in Northfield last year, and it has picked up right where 2019 left off.  We went through a lot of different design ideas for the window/door package on this home. I had a great time working through the plans to help value engineer an option that would provide the look the owner wanted, while staying under budget. Big fan of the sleek, clean look these Marvin windows/doors provide.   A home this size definitely needs the assistance of energy efficient windows to avoid outrageous heating/cooling costs.

This was my first project working with Cordos Construction.  I really appreciated the high level of commitment they have implementing multiple project managers that are attentive and responsive.  When everyone works together, it makes things go much smoother overall.

All I had to do was drive a little further down the street to see yet another upcoming Northfield project.  Hopefully I can connect with them and provide some more windows/doors/trim!
